I love sharing the beautiful homes M House Development builds (previously featured here, here, here, here, here & here) and I am excited to share one of their most recent projects.
Located in Naperville, IL, this new construction features a modern design with an authentic approach, which is always refreshing. You notice this is not a cookie-cutter type of home the moment you set your eyes on the dramatic exterior and this feeling keeps going when you enter this home.

I tend to prefer traditional homes more than modern homes because you rarely find a modern home with personality and warmth, but happily this is not the case here. As you can see, this home has a strong presence and character without losing its welcoming feel. This builder really knew how to add balance to this home.
