This is NOT a Cape Cod beach house. I wouldn’t even say it’s an inspired Cape Cod. Have you ever been to the Cape? I grew up there and I don’t recall ever being in a house like this. A Cape Cod has a center entrance with 2 Windows on each side of the door. Also, no Cape Cod has a grill and seating area on the roof. Don’t get me wrong, this is a beautiful house, but it’s not a Cape Cod. It’s a California beach house.
What a lovely, livable home. The painted brick is great texture.
