Located in the stunning city of Phoenix, Arizona, with interiors by Jennifer Ferrandi and Jamie Salazar of NoMad Design, and built by Vista General, this home is one that I am truly proud to share with you today.
Showcasing the amazing work of NoMad Design is always a pleasure. Here, my friend Jennifer Ferrandi, shares the insight about the creation of this timeless yet approach Arizona home. I am sure you will feel inspired and embraced by its beauty:
“I was brought into this new-construction project while plans were being done by Matt Thomas (Architect). [The builder, myself and the architect] have all worked together for years so we were very excited to be collaborating on Luke’s (builder) dream house. Our scope was to do all the interior drawings, material specifications and of course, furnishings.”

Home Goals: “To Know the Wilson’s is to love them. They’re such an incredible family. Misha and Luke are very warm and casual people so I really wanted the interiors to reflect this. “This Kitchen was so fun to design. Windows on two sides and Matt’s brilliant addition of skylight makes it flooded with natural light. Early in the design process I was concerned that the skylight would make it very difficult to hang any type of light fixture over the island, but as soon as framing went up I saw the view of the golf course out the window and any concern dissipated as that really needed to be the focal point.” – Jen Ferrandi for NoMad Design

“I think this might be the favorite Primary Bedroom I have done to date. Mischa requested a simple linen bed I had used at a prior project so that set the tone. Excluding the Pool House, the entire house is a very soft, organic palette. We used a lot of natural linen in the Primary Bedroom with just a touch of Terracotta. We added texture with rattan sconces and a nubby wool area rug. The entire room feels dreamy and the view from the cozy window-seat cannot be beat.” – Jennifer Ferrandi for NoMad Design

The Wilsons purchased this lot from the neighbors to the north with a contingency on any window they would put on a second level neighboring side.
