Hi, my beautiful readers! How are you doing today? We’re being freezing here lately! Oh, how I miss the sunshine already! This is the reason I wanted to keep the “Cottage of the Week” all year around, so even if we’re having a cold day, we can still allure ourselves with some summery images and imagine ourselves in a warmer place, feeling the sun over our shoulders. Don’t you miss that feeling?
Now, as you saw the title, I have a very, very special guest today. Erin from “House of Turquoise” does not need an introduction, right? We all know her and her amazing blog! This girl is just so talented, so smart that I could talk about her for hours! As you know, she’s the “Queen of Turquoise” and no one does it better than her.
Enjoy this “Cottage of the Week” by Erin of House of Turquoise!

I love the serene tones, beautiful fabrics and mix of lively patterns in the living room. What a sunny space!
I’m such a fan of white kitchens, and this one does not disappoint. I love all the shimmery tile and the capiz shell pendants. I bet it’s stunning at night!
Although such a tiny bedroom, they sure made fantastic use of the space. I love that great upholstered headboard and the cute little nightstands!
And the bathroom…another small space but filled with luxury! More shimmery tile calling my name here, and an awesome soaking tub!
What cottage would be complete without a darling front porch?? (Or a little bit of turquoise thrown in?!) I would love to end my day relaxing here!
I hope you enjoyed this cottage tour as much as I did! It was designed by the Houston-based firm Blair Gordon Design. If you love chic coastal interiors, definitely check out their site. And of course, visit my blog House of Turquoise too…there’s not much I love more than coastal homes! And to Luciane, congrats again and big hugs, my friend!! I know you are enjoying this time with your precious new little one!

Think SUN!!!! franki
This feels so warm and inviting… and I love the round mirror mounted in the window. I also think the headboard is stunning!
Looks like Erin brought you a touch of warmth that you were hoping for Luciane. I hope you and your family are doing well. Thank you for introdicing Erin to me now I’m off to visit her blog.
How fun to see 2 of my favorite people collaborating on one of my favorite series “Cottage of the Week”…thank you ladies & Merry Merry!! xo Kim
How fun to see Erin over here! Thanks for the fun tour – they did a great job with their fabrics and materials!
Such a charming cottage with pizzazz!! Take care, Luciane.
So lovely Erin, I would LIVE in a place like this in a heartbeat!
The upholstered headboard is a great way to introduce a pattern without it taking over the small room. I like that they curved the headboard as opposed to keeping it square. It brings some movement to the room.
What a wonderful post, Erin! And Luciane, CONGRATULATIONS with your new baby Matthew!!!!! Due to my blog break I missed it, sorry! I guess you’re having a lovely time with your little baby boy! There’s nothing like a little baby boy 🙂
Lots of love, Kristin
