With ocean views as the backdrop, this 3,700 sq ft custom home features design elements such as custom built-ins, ceiling detail, shiplap accent, and as many windows as possible to take in the gorgeous view.

White was chosen as the home’s color scheme because it establishes a feeling of peace and tranquility. Marnie used a variety of shades of white, as well as textures to add dimension.

Breezy interiors are what makes me happy and I try to carry this same feeling in my personal home. I am a big believer that we don’t design our home so it just looks pretty, we design our home to feel good in it. The truth is, we know we’re worth the investment.
