Hello, my wonderful friends! How are you doing today? I hope everything is great with you and your family.
If you’ve read the blog you know that I rarely feature condos but the story behind this one and its impressive interiors made me want to share every detail with you. This is the kind of happy ending that we need to hear from time to time. Here, the General Manager Elizabeth Cohen at Studio M Interiors, shares more insights on this inspiring story:
“This project is a beautiful new home and a true love story too! Once upon a time, two busy neighbors meet (after years of living next door to each other), they begin dating, fall in love and decide to start a life together. First is the task of combining two units into one. A dramatic full year remodel project (during Covid and living in one small space together on the 2nd floor, which is also being partially remodeled). The result is a beautiful new home with sweeping skyline views of their beloved city of Minneapolis. Talk about happily ever after.
The architect and design team worked together to create this amazing 2 floor condo, 3,600 sq. ft starting by taking out the central dividing wall. The original condos were built in the 1980’s so a total redesign was in order. Open spaces make this a much more modern home while taking full advantage of floor to ceiling windows throughout. “
Love can happen at any time and it’s never too late to unfold and live a real love story… Start hoping!
Note: All furniture and decor are available through the designer. I will be selecting some similar items for your shopping convenience.
