Rumor has it that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have a new house! Kim and Kanye just bought this brand new $11 million house located in gated Bel Air Crest, which is itself nested inside Bel Air, California, with 24 hour armed guards and roving security.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye’s new house was finalized only a couple of months ago (as you can see in these pictures) and Kim and Kanye will be the first owners of the new house.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye are expecting their first baby and this house seems to be a great place to raise their child. The house has 10,000 square-feet, five bedrooms, 6.5 baths, elevator, basketball court, bowling alley, full hair and makeup salon, wine cellar, infinity pool, tennis court, spa, outdoor pavilion and entertaining area. But this its not enough for the couple because they’re starting a big renovation to accommodate their needs, which will include a new nursery for their baby and a studio for Kanye.

The newly built 9,000 square foot house sits on a 37,000 square foot lot that was designed by Ron Firestone and has never been occupied. Asking price? $10.75 million with monthly HOAs of $933!

Kim & Kanye’s new neighbors will include Jennifer Aniston, Chris Paul, and Joe Francis.
