Designed by Carpenter & MacNeille, this American Foursquare with craftsman elements was built in the 1920’s and was made new again through both the addition of spaces (garage, mudroom, game room and conservatory) and the renovation of existing rooms (kitchen, dining, powder room). The result is a comfortable home that feels both fresh and classic.

The glass pendants are Large Rustic Glass Pendants from Pottery Barn.

Cabinet paint color is Benjamin Moore Ashwood and ceiling paint color is Benjamin Moore China White.
Farmhouse Mudroom
Who wouldn’t love to have a farmhouse mudroom like this? Cabinet and woodwork paint color is Benjamin Moore Shaker Beige.

Conservatory
The conservatory is probably my favorite room in the house. The river view is truly breathtaking!
Paint Color: The walls in this conservatory space are Ashwood and the trim is a custom blend, both from Benjamin Moore.
The green planters were sourced at a great local garden center here in MA, Corliss Landscape and Irrigation. Plants are a variety of dwarf apple tree.
The classic rattan wicker chairs can be used in both interior and exterior spaces and they are by Gloster.
The indoor rug from Landry & Arcari.
Exterior Paint Color Scheme
The exterior paint colors are: Siding: Benjamin Moore Shaker Beige. Trim: Benjamin Moore Soft Chamois.
Blue Door Paint Color
The blue door paint color is Farrow and Ball Dix Blue. This is a great paint color for a front and/or siding door.
