How are you doing today? I hope you’re having a terrific day! I’m doing pretty well and having a sweet moment as I write this post. One of my dearest friend just came back from a trip to Mexico and sent me the most delicious hot chocolate I’ve ever tried and I had to prepare some for myself now since it’s chilly today and snow is falling outside. I love so many things about Mexico and this hot chocolate called Ibarra just made the list, and how perfect it is to sip your favorite hot beverage as you look at this picture-perfect cottage, right? Can anything feel more Holiday-ish than this? Snow falling, a sweet place to go to, a fireplace. Yes, there’s so much beauty to be appreciated!

This home is spectacular, I love all the blonde woods and how open and airy it feels even though it has lots of wood, reminds me to stepping into a J Crew catalog and living that wonderful country life…..just fabulous!
There is something about the rustic charm of this house that makes it feel Christmassy despite the fact that it’s not even decorated for the holidays! I love the more feminine style of the upstairs.

This cottage reminds me of those lovely chalets I saw (ane lived in!) while in Quebec when I worked their in my 20’s (just a few years ago!). Brings back fond memories. oooohhh Luciane How lovely this looks I was just enjoying it when the 2nd power cut of the morning stopped me !! Winter arrived in Florence yesterday and this morning it was SSSSSSSSSSSSo cold that the first pwoer cut YES IT HAPPENS IN ITALY !!occured before i rose mmmmm I would like a few big fat rugs on the floors of the cabin but otherwise looks like a super place to cuddle up for the winter Enjoy the week Luciane Milano was good and still springl;ike I had hot chocolate there too ! thinking of you and your family and sending lots of love to your sausage

Love this. Wonderful combination with all the rustic wood and a little bit of lace. Interesting architecture. Was this from a Polish magazine? That’s what the language looked like. A log cabin in Poland? Anyway, the dovetailed construction is similar to my log cabin in North Carolina, which I read originated in Scandinavia. No snow at our place now, though; it’s actually in the 60’s. Crazy warm. I could still go for the hot chocolate, though.
