“Ramage Company is the proud builder of the Norton Children’s Raffle Home; 2020 was our 8th of participation. This home was raffled off in November of 2020 to a very lucky winner. 100% of the proceeds, over $600,000, benefitted the hospital.
Our newly constructed Belgravia design features Richardsonian Romanesque architecture, a two-story projected bay, and design details worthy of its design heritage. The foyer greets you with a 4’ deep arched opening providing immediate access to the first floor owner’s suite. Through the entry, is the living room, dining room, and kitchen with access to a large side porch accessed from the open floor plan. A pocket office, laundry, and powder room complete the one floor living essentials. Upstairs you’ll find a large loft, two guest bedrooms with ensuite baths, and a children’s play loft accessed from a spiral staircase. Two bunk bed areas, a built in bed, and plenty of finished carpentry make this a very accommodating floor plan for a variety of lifestyles.”
