This space was originally designed for a baby grand piano, but when life circumstances changed and the home was sold during the process, it was repurposed for a dining room🤍🤍. This made me so happy, because growing up in California, just about every home had a “formal” dining space. In Utah, we have less dining rooms and more “eat in” kitchens or “dining nooks”. Unfortunately, I don’t have any information on the builder, but I know that the floor plan was a custom floor plan that the homeowners brought to the builder.
I would recommend you to contact the designer via Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/allisoncampbelldesign/). She should be able to share more details on the builder.
