With interiors by Jennifer Ferrandi and Juanita Gagnard of NoMad Design, this Phoenix, Arizona house features plenty of interior ideas and I am very excited to share this tour with you today.
This house was built as a spec home by Vista General, a contractor that Jennifer Ferrandi has worked with for over twenty years. They have such a good relationship and know each other so well that she pretty much has full reign with picking everything out. But as with any spec home, the designers needed to make the house feel special with interesting looks that are not too trendy.
This house is located in Arcadia which is a very family-friendly neighborhood in Phoenix. With that in mind, it was designed for a family with kids.

This place feels like home the moment you step in it. An archway leads you to a mudroom with custom cabinets, and you will find a stylish laundry room ahead. Front door paint color is custom, but similar to “Benjamin Moore Chelsea Gray”.
