Is “Modern Farmhouse” still trendy and will it be in 2024? The Modern Farmhouse style is still overwhelmingly popular because it’s extremely versatile. Its clean lines can easily be complemented with warm textures, neutral color palettes and natural elements, creating a timeless look that doesn’t lack character and personality.
Recently built and designed by M House Development, this beautiful home features timeless architectural details with a nod to Modern Farmhouse design. The interiors feel warm, featuring plenty of custom millwork and textures that make any house feel like a home.
The Modern Farmhouse trend is just as popular as it ever was and I am a strong believer that Modern Farmhouse homes will continue to be going strong in 2024 and beyond, but I want to know what you think. Leave a comment (at the end of this post) letting me know if you think Modern Farmhouses will continue to be trendy in 2024!

This new Modern Farmhouse by this talented builder features custom skinny battens between windows on the right side of the front elevation (such an inspiring detail), metal roof over the wrap-around porch and metal windows in a gray hue, which is a more soothing option than black but it still gives you some contrast with the white siding.

One idea that caught my eye was the simple ceiling trim in the photo entitled “Sunroom”. To me this is a clever way to have an unfussy crown moulding in a clean-lined interior. Brilliant! Would love to see more examples..
