This small Scandinavian cottage has something very special about it. Its peaceful and subtle interiors has a mix of uncomplicated, comfortable and shabby-chic decor.
You look at the first picture and you can understand how precious this cottage really is. The small gate welcomes you with an “al natural” kind of garden. A tree holds a swing-chair for those quiet and calm afternoons. Ahead, you find a little piece of paradise, unpretentious, simple and completely perfect for days we simply want to get away from all the craziness of a busy life and relax under the shade of a tree, breathing fresh air and being entertained by birds singing.
Let’s get to this peaceful mood with this cottage.
White
This barn-style cottage is all about serenity and comfort. It’s a place where you don’t bring high hills, only flip-flops and comfy summer dresses.
You Rock
This is where you can enjoy your cup of tea (or coffee). You won’t be sharing your attention to anything but this warm cup in your hands and your thoughts. Let your thoughts fly… dream and remember special moments.
Together
The advantage of having a small cottage is that we’re all together, within reach. Bring only people you love, or… What about a mini-vacation just for yourself? I can imagine being here without an alarm clock and definitely without my cell phone.
Cozy
Wouldn’t it be great to wake up and have breakfast here?
White
Yes, this is a tiny bed. See? You already have an excuse that this place is too tiny for guests.
Words
And finally you’ll have time to read that book you want to read for so long.
Friends
But if you start to feel bored, you can always invite some good friends for lunch.
Time
And then after they leave, you once again can enjoy being alone with a bottle of champagne, an outdoor bubble-bath and a chandelier, after all, if there’s a person that deserves such a treat, this person is you.

What do you say? Wouldn’t it be great?
I really could imagine myself in this place. You guys know how busy life can get and I think it’s really important for all of us to unplug at times. We need to take a little break to feel reenergize once again and there’s nothing that make me more relaxed than be surrounded by nature, in a quiet place.
Let’s try to do something that relaxes us during this week. It can be anything and it doesn’t need to be big, it can be small things, such as reading your favorite magazine, taking a bath while listening to music or maybe all it takes is a walk in the park.
Take a moment to enjoy yourself. We, sometimes, give too much attention to others and forget to give the necessary attention to our own body, mind and especially spirit.
Be inspired by what’s in your heart. Give space to your inner voice to speak.
Enjoy your Beautiful Day! Thank you so much for sharing it with me by being here.
“Dear God,
If I am wrong, right me. If I am lost, guide me. If I start to give-up, keep me going.
Lead me in Light and Love”.
Have a wonderful day, my friends and we’ll talk again tomorrow.”
with Love,

Hi Luciane! Hope you had a really happy and restful Mothers day. This little charmer is a surprise! I loved the interiors, so pretty and fresh, that breakfast nook is so pretty…have a great day!
This the culmination of my fantasy cottage (if it were on water). How charming, delightful and comforting! I could write the great American novel, paint a masterpiece, do Yoga for hours, journal, cook, nap…..what an inspiring little place! Thanks for sharing.
Such a cute cottage and I llove the outdoor space. I hike with Dylan dog every morning for my relaxation since it isn’t tough to climb a small mountain and it’s relaxing in the forest.

Luciane,
Such a cozy home. Do you suppose the outdoor bath as hot water running to it? How relaxing is that?
