The interior designer, Cathy Iverson from Market of fleas did an amazing job with the interiors of this cottage by mixing antiques with more contemporary pieces. She also designed very unique bunk beds for the kids bedroom and fun games room.
This is not your conventional kind of cottage, this is a cottage with an edgy attitude! 😉

This cottage is full of charm and beautiful architectural details.
Curb Appeal
The ornamental maple trees bring some beautiful color to the landscaping.
Front Door
The exterior paint was customized for this cottage, but “Summer Nights” by Benjamin Moore is a close color. I also love the roof.
Foyer
An antique cabinet gets more exciting with a splash of paint.
Doors & Handles
Unique sliding French doors separates the den from the foyer.

I adore this desk designed by Hendel Homes.
Family Room
This cottage is all about having fun! This family room has an interesting retro feel to it.

This bedroom is full of personality and charm. A feminine bedroom with a hint of testosterone.

What a adorable cottage!! I could see me moving into something like that when my kids are out of the house and we become empty nesters…how charming!
The interiors are surprisingly very eclectic…I would have to change things around a bit, but its darling!
Lobster risotto? YUM! I had a chicken pot pie (a mini one yesterday) and that and chili are my comfort foods, in moderation of course:)
That house is made for a family and love all the color they injected into it. Love the sliding French doors….would love to have those in our home. Creamy lobster risotto…yes please and share the recipe please!
