Choosing paint color for your home seems to be easy and uncomplicated and it can be. I like to share paint color and color palette ideas as often as I can because I know that not everyone can have an interior designer helping them choose the best color to compliment their interiors. This post will give you many paint color suggestions for kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, home offices and more. Just roll down the page to see more than 50 popular paint colors from Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams.
Remember to save or pin your favorite paint color and try them on your wall when you’re ready to change your interiors. Keep in mind to test the color to see if it works well within your space; with your decor and with your light. This is an important step you shouldn’t skip.
Now, take some time for yourself, relax, dream and find the next paint color for your home!

Did you find any color that you liked? I try to paint at least one room per year in my house. As a designer, I am always busy helping clients with their homes and I tend to not have much time to finish mine. That’s why I always have a room that I want to improve, and that usually starts with paint.
Did you read the “Quote of the Week” above? I strongly believe that life can get much better if we share kindness. My husband and I love going to a Thai restaurant in our city and we go there at least twice a week (sorry, I can’t get enough of Chicken Currey! 🙂 ), and the owner quickly became our friend. This lady is one of the kindest person I have ever met. She has the purest smile and the most welcoming presence. Maybe it’s her energy or maybe it’s just the fact that she tries to share her best to others. I guess that some people is naturally like that and they can make anyone feel special, but this makes me wonder how people feel around me… can I make others feel welcomed? Do I share kindness? Do I show that I care? The world is certainly full of cold, unpleasant people and I don’t want to part of that group.
During this weekend, try to pay more attention on how you’re treating others starting with the person by your side.
Kindness is something so simple. We don’t need to do much to be kind. Sometimes we just need to smile, to hear the person talking to us by looking at them instead of our phone or the tv… start showing your kindness by understanding others. Nothing feels better than being understood and heard.
Have a Blessed weekend, my friends and I thank you for being here today.

in the “blackband designs” post of the restoration hardware charcoal paint color in the dining room, anyone know where I can find out where that dining room set is from?
Does anyone know where I can find the barstools in the kitchen paint section? Its the 11th picture down with the Benjamin Moore Taupe HC85 paint color. Thanks…..
Hi Shelly,
I tried to see if I could find the source of the stools and I can’t. I recommend you to contact the designer directly. He should be able to tell you more about this: David Sharff Architect, P.C.
