Getting Ready For Labour Day

How do you celebrate Labour Day? I hope you won’t be working. I will be getting ready for my son’s 1st day of school on Tuesday. My heart is confused, I must say. I know this will be a wonderful experience in his life and I feel fortunate for being present and being able to see everything he did all this time. Especially seeing him grow and learn something new every day. I am excited for his new venture, but at the same time my heart is apprehensive. I believe it’s normal. Is it? I know he will have a blast with his new friends and teacher. God bless him.

I would love to see this desk in a family room, landing area or even at the end of a hallway. To save extra space, use an ottoman for sitting if you don’t plan to use it as a working desk and more as a writing desk. So when you are done, you can just place the ottoman under the desk. I also love their idea of using it with a lucite chair, it looks very modern and contrasts well with the dark wood.
