Designed by Asher Associates Architects and with interiors by Megan Gorelick Interiors, this seaside shingle home, located only a block from the beach, entices you to live life to its fullest.
The first floor great room opens to a spacious deck which steps down to the pool. Covered porches define areas of the deck for television viewing, lounging and dining, while extending the living area of the home. Louvered shutters and railings provide additional privacy without blocking the sea air.
Inside you will find the latest coastal home interior trends with plenty of blue and white decor.
I think this is one of the most beautiful coastal homes I have shared on the blog. I wonder if you will agree with me.
What do you think about this front porch? Doesn’t it inspires you to take care of yours during this spring? How about a fresh coat of paint on your front door? New planters, a new mat? I’m sure that will do the trick! This gorgeous front porch with black front door and Bluestone floor tiles is surely inspiring me!

Isn’t this home perfect? The colors are reminding me of sunshine and the beach. I can’t wait for summer!!! đŸ™‚
How are you feeling today? Good? Not so good? How about we start to focus on the good things that are happening at this moment in your life? Can you think about one thing that is going well?
I have to be very honest with you guys… the last two years are being very hard for me. I lost my grandmother and soon after that my grandfather was diagnosed with a common terminal disease, (I refuse writing this word here because I know how “heavy” this word feels to many of us and I’m sorry for mentioning it.). If you read my blog you know how much I try to talk about good things, – things that bring our spirit up – but I feel the need to share this moment with you.
My grandparents are like parents to me, because, together with my mother, they raised me and my sister. It’s being very difficult to all of us as a family but as hard as it is to all of us, I get my strength on my faith and on how my grandfather is living the rest of his life.
Even being very fragile he never complains. Even not being able to walk anymore, he never let this stop his dreams. Even understanding that life here is limited, he knows that his soul is unlimited.
What I am trying to say is that no one has a perfect life. I surely don’t, but the attitude we decide to have about our lives shouldn’t be based on how things momentarily are, but how, deep down, you know things soon will be.
Accept that life has its challenges and its stages. Some stages are certainly harder than others but know that nothing stays still. Everything changes and, as hard as this moment might be, you must trust that things will improve because eventually they really will.
Hang in there and live knowing that this is a moment to learn more about yourself and about your purpose.

Hi!
I found this on Pinterest. Wondered if you could provide info on the bedside tables and dressers used in the master bedroom. They are blue and you have a pair together under the tvz. Are they custom?
Thanks!
Hi i was wondering if you could tell me where the light grey dresser with the crystal knobs is from? Thanks so much!
Kirsten

Hi
I was wondering where the dresser in the guest bedroom came from? Really love it
Can you tell us the location of this beautiful home?
I would like to know where the double blue dressers and nightstand in master pic were from. Perfect color and I love the pulls. Great look.
I would like to know where the double blue dressers and nightstand pictured in the master are from. Perfect color!
Hi,
Where is the dresser with the crystal knobs from!?!
Thanks!
Luciane- Thank you for all the beauty you bring into our lives with each post. Your words of encouragement, along with your featured homes, shine a lovely light on every day.
Thank you so much, Susanne. This honestly made my day!
Luciane
Luciane, thank you for sharing that most beautiful home with all the wonderful shades of blues, grays and whites . Your blog was a lovely tribute to your grandfather and showed how much you treasure his spirit.
Thank you so much, Shirley. I really appreciate this.
Luciane
Where is the dresser from ?
“A capiz shell table lamp”. This home is so beautiful. Where can I purchase the above mentioned lamp?
I hope your family is doing well. Nothing can change the pain of losing someone but it does help if you pour that love into another family member.
Where did find the light blue night stand and dresser that is in the master bedroom. Its lovely.
Is it available to be bught at a certain site?
Dear Luciane, I am also in love with the blue side tables in the Master Bedroom, are they available to purchase? Take good care.
WOW…that Seaside Shingle Coastal Home is amazing! Are all the buildings surrounding the courtyard pool all a part of this home or is this property shared by several homeowners/neighbors. It looks almost like a mini-resort, but the coastal decor is stunning and elaborate. Lots of inspiration there within those walls, etc…gotta love it!
BTW, it reminds me of a few of the courtyard/hacienda homes I visited while living in Chile a number years ago, but with a coastal decor flair instead of the Spanish architecture!
Obsessed with the “grey dresser”. Are you able to tell me where to purchase as the link no longer works?
Or could you kindly provide the designer?
Thank you,
SC
Hi Samantha,
The dresser is actually blue and here’s the link: https://rstyle.me/+D4GQ1AZXR2_O2HcRHimgqg
I hope it helps!
