Designed by Herlong & Associates Architects + Interiors and built by Phillip W. Smith, this beach house feature beautiful rustic coastal interiors.
Charm and beauty is seen everywhere in the small seaside town of Isle of Palms, South Carolina, and this home embraces its surroundings in a fresh way. Large rooms are toned down with plenty of rustic, reclaimed beams while off-white shiplap walls and ceilings bring brightness to this home. The Pecky Cypress accents, seen in many spaces of this home, balance the entire feel of the interiors.
Take a look at this rustic coastal beach house and you will notice that you are already missing summer.
We don’t even need to get inside to fall in love with this home, do we? Take a look at this backyard!

This is a beautiful home! We are currently under construction and having a difficult time with stain colors for our cypress beams, tongue and groove porch ceiling, and peck cypress. What colors for stains or finishes were used for this home?
thank you for your help.
