Upon entering the 11 foot arched iron door, no detail was overlooked as you take in the beauty of the classic chessboard entry, the magnificent 2-story stone fireplace, artisan crafted staircase and state of the art Kitchen. The eclectic detail throughout this home will leave you inspired.
I could never get tired of the architectural details of this home. I love the stone exterior and the porte-cochère.

The grey island paint color is Trout Grey by Benjamin Moore.
Countertop Edge: 2.25″ & 4″ edge on Island.
68″ Stone hood is by Francois and co.
The desk area is practical and pretty. Cabinet paint color is Benjamin Moore White Dove.
The kitchen opens to an open and airy Great room with high ceilings.
All furniture was purchased through Osmond Design.
Wall and ceiling paint color is Benjamin Moore White Dove.
The two-sided fireplace features Antique Limestone – this is the whitest limestone you can find.
Fireplace Casing Paint Color: “Benjamin Moore Trout Grey”.
This exquisite Great room also features three fully functional double-paned glass and low-e 15’x7′ black steel French doors.
I am in love with these grey & white checker tile from Daltile! Hall paint color is Benjamin Moore OC 17 White Dove.
This custom laundry room features charcoal gray cabinets, white quartz countertop and black window.
Flooring: BEDROSIANS Tile – Palazzo Vintage Grey – 12″x12″.
This is a dreamy bunk room/playroom. It features an indoor slide and a custom dollhouse (on the right).
This is any kid’s dream, isn’t it?! Perfect fun space!
The focal point of this elegant master bedroom has to be the Limestone fireplace.
Paint color is Benjamin Moore 2124-20 Trout Gray. This paint color helps that 13′ x 7′ tufted headboard really pop!
Notice the fancy corbels in the archways leading to the master bathroom.
The master bathroom is luxurious and very spacious. I am loving the marble walk-in shower.
Home Theater Paint Color: “Benjamin Moore 2124-10 Wrought Iron”.
The movie theater also features an 198″ theater screen and custom led fiber lights for star consolation ceiling. Quite magical! ✨
Exterior stone is Antique Limestone with white grout.
Outdoor furniture is by RST Brands.
The custom black windows work perfectly with the railings and exterior lighting.
All black windows and glass doors are from Iron Door Works.
