One of my favorite builders in Illinois, M House Development, recently built this stunning modern farmhouse. Although not furnished, this modern farmhouse has plenty of architectural elements that should inspired you, especially if you’re about to build a new home or are renovating your existing one. Take notes on the exterior with board and batten siding, the metal roof and steel windows – a new timeless combo – and, of course, on the crisp interiors.
