This home has what most new homeowners are choosing lately: a painted brick exterior! But more than that, this new construction also features gorgeous architecture details and interiors that are beautiful without breaking the bank – which is always a plus, right?! The brick exterior is painted in Sherwin Williams SW 7028 Incredible White.
The corbels, brackets, eaves and Tudor trim are stained in Minwax Special Walnut.
Roof: Weathered Wood & Burnished Slate/Bronze Metal Roof.
Front Door: Wood, stained Minwax Special Walnut – similar here.
Front Door Hardware: Schlage.
This home feels inviting and anyone could feel welcome in here. I really like the decor and color scheme… you couldn’t get tired of it!

The kitchen features a black and white color scheme with a hint of color.
All interior doors (please see right) are painted in Pittsburgh Paints Black Magic PPG1001-7.

This kitchen features white upper cabinets and black lower cabinets. Cabinets are custom.
