What is more beautiful than a Scandinavian cottage? This cottage located in Värmdölandet, against the Lindal Strait was originally built in the mid-1800s and has been totally renovated in the late 1990s by skilled craftsmen. The renovation has really allowed preserve the building’s soul without compromising on comfort. The main cottage is gorgeous, but there’s also a guest cottage, an outdoor sauna and kitchen.
This place is one to keep in our hearts.

This place is truly beautiful. It has everything one can dream about cottage: the ocean, the coziness, the freedom and the outdoor space. I really hope you liked this one too!
How’s everything in your life? Do you feel you’re in full speed? I have to say it seems that I’m not stopping lately. I think I’m already “nesting”! I mean, I’m 30 weeks pregnant now and there’s only 10 to go! Can you feel how excited I am? Well, I just can’t wait! My husband and I went to visit the hospital the other day and we’re both happy with it. Also, we had the ultrasound last week and it was great. Our little Matthew was yawning (my husband thinks he’s getting bored inside there! LOL). It was the cutest thing ever! I know there’s not many things left to be done. I’m trying to be very organized with the things we still have to do, but I just feel a bit nervous. I know it’s normal (right, friends?!), but I know I also have to relax more. Let the worries aside and enjoy every day that comes by and be truly open for this new chapter in my life, after all this is such an important time.
One more thing, thank you for being here and for always listening to me. It’s so good to know I’m able to share my story here.
