There’s nothing better than sharing something with you guys and noticing that you love it as much as I do and that’s exactly what happened with this Black and White Modern Farmhouse. Recently built by M House Development – a well-known builder in Naperville, Illinois – this home defines quite well how a modern farmhouse exterior should be and I could see you agreed with that after I shared some of its photos on my Instagram. I would like to know what is the exterior color that matches the James Hardie Arctic White exactly? It’s great to know that the black is Iron Ore by SW but what is a good match for the white? Thank you so much!

Hi! I was wondering what top finish was used on the stained white oak floors? Bona HD? Or something similar? And how many coats?

I see the door paint color but am curious what the finish is on the interior doors and trim.
What color paint are the ceilings? They are obviously not SW Site White— there is a slight difference.
