If you’ve read the blog for quite some time you will know by now that I love featuring California homes and many of them are often with architecture by Brandon Architects. They truly know how to design stunning homes and today I am so happy to be featuring this home designed by them, built by Winkle Custom Homes and with interiors by the well-known interior designer Kelly Nutt from Kelly Nutt Design. The interior designer was extremely kind and shared all furniture and decor sources. Keep in mind that many items are custom and available through her.

Siding : Cedar shakes hand dipped in heavy body stain.
Front door: Euroline steel door frame with custom wood dutch door set within the frame. 2-1/4 ” thick with Rocky Mountain hardware.
Roof: Cedar Shake natural color.

Brick : White painted exterior brick.
This beach house has the most inviting feel. It’s sophisticated but approachable. The Fiat Jolly adds to the curb-appeal, don’t you think?! 🙂
