Designed by William Guidero Planning and Design and located in Corona Del Mar, California, this beach house features neutral paint colors mixed with an inviting coastal palette of turquoise, teal, coral and green.

Contemporary Beach House with Coastal Interiors
Commonly seen in many California beach houses, this home is located in a narrow lot and offer a great layout for this home style. Here you can see the kitchen on the left, coming from the kitchen you will find the formal living room, leading to the dining room. A custom built-in divides the dining room from a cozy family room.
Coastal Kitchen
This two-tone kitchen mixes white upper cabinets with stained wood cabinets. This look feels relaxed, coastal and warm.
Notice the beautiful glass tile backsplash. This is perfect for a beach house!
Family Room
The family room is tiny but it feels large thanks to its high ceiling. I love the amount of natural light this room gets and the beautiful hardwood flooring.
The custom built-in divides this large narrow space into distinctive areas.

How are you feeling today? I woke up feeling happy, healthy and with so much energy! I am so excited because I am working on a fabulous project for a very special client. I just adore working with her.
The kids are on vacation now and the house is surely louder, but definitely happier! They can drive me nuts at times, but there’s nothing in this world that can bring me more happiness than having my little ones around the house. They’re my world!
