Designed by 30A Interiors, these lucky homeowners wanted their summer home to feel breezy and calm like the ocean a few steps away. The designer impeccably used a soft neutral palette with light blues and greens and combined it with custom millwork that feels natural to the space.

The coastal interiors seen in this beach house are not only beautiful and inviting but they also have an understated elegance that is essential in my opinion. Be sure to check out the unique custom features in every room. You will be inspired!

Beach House with Inspiring Coastal Interiors

You can’t help but fall in love with this beach house. Most of the rooms feature custom millwork painted in white or soft coastal colors.

Flooring is oil character grade White Oak floors.

Reclaimed

The open main rooms are charmed with stunning reclaimed beams.

Paint Color

The walls and trims are painted in Benjamin Moore White Dove.

Living Room

Gorgeous French doors and transoms bring plenty of natural light into this living room with reclaimed brick accent wall.

Lighting

Beautiful French chandeliers are used in the living room and dining room.

Blue & White

Blue and white slipcovered furniture adds to the coastal vibe this home exudes.

Kitchen

This is truly a dreamy kitchen! There’s so much to love here, from its layout to its color palette.

The kitchen looks even more appealing with wide casing windows.

The walls and the cabinets paint color is Benjamin Moore White Dove.

These gorgeous cabinets, painted in Benjamin Moore White Dove OC-17, feature wide crown molding and pulls from Restoration Hardware.

Countertop

The kitchen countertop is White Macaubas Quartzite.

Kitchen Backsplash

The kitchen also features Ann Sacks tiles backsplash.

Range is by Wolf.

Paint color is Sherwin William Comfort Gray SW 6205.

Home Office

What a cozy and elegant space! Great home office with custom L-shaped desk and Phillip Jeffries wallpaper.

Stairway Landing

The second floor features shiplap walls, Oak floors and a laundry room. The lighting is the Arteriors Home Tilda 5 Light Wood / Iron Chandelier – $2,190.07

Laundry Room

Second floor laundry room with sliding barn doors painted in SW 6205 Comfort Gray. Notice the sink and custom cabinets. Counters are soapstone.

Sherwin Williams Silver Strand SW 7057.

Shower

Great shower with marble subway tile and small hex marble tile. I’m loving this combination!

Faux Hanging Beds

This kids’ bedroom is full of fun with the appearance of rope hanging beds and chevron bedding.

Coastal Bathroom Wallpaper

This bathroom features a coastal wallpaper in blue green and gold. Wallpaper is Abnormals Anonymous Mr Blow in Goldfinder.

Shiplap Bedroom

The bedroom shiplap paint color is Benjamin Moore White Dove OC-17.

Neutral Bedroom Paint Color

The walls are painted in Benjamin Moore Elmira White HC-84.

Bathroom

This bathroom was beautifully designed and it carries an interesting mix of tiles and wallpaper.

Coutertop is Calacutta Gold Marble.

Wallpaper

Phillip Jeffries Wallpaper – Imperial Gates Wallpaper, Dove and Taupe.

Tiles

This is an unexpected shower tiling combination but I think it works perfectly with the wall color; Elmira White by Benjamin Moore.

Master Entry

Rustic French doors lead you to the master bedroom.

Wall Unit

A TV room with custom wall unit adds an extra luxurious feature to the ensuite.

Master Bedroom Paint Color

The master bedroom looks cozy with a wallpaper accent wall. The other walls were paint color in Benjamin Moore HC-172 Revere Pewter.

Master Ensuite

The master bathroom features blue shiplap walls, marble countertop and marble flooring.

Paint Color

Farrow and Ball Skylight 205.

   This house is so pretty! All of the marble and quartzite is just gorgeous. I just love the 30A area. I like Santa Rosa because its a little quieter than the surrounding areas.

   Stunning home, could live there quite easily. Just a query… How does that ceiling fan work in the kids bedroom? It appears awfully close to the ropes. Perhaps just the camera angle …
