Located in the beautiful beach community of WaterColor in Seagrove Beach, Florida, this 4,815 sqft beach house with transitional coastal interiors was recently designed by Tim Adams of T.S. Adams Studio and overseen by project manager Noah Speights.
According to the interior designer Courtney Dickey of T.S. Adams Studio, the homeowners are a young couple from Louisiana and have two small children. She and her husband have been vacationing in Watercolor for several years and decided to build a home which they could enjoy for many years to come. The wife has a great sense of style and knew what she wanted, which made the designer feel even more inspired and have some fun while designing this beautiful and relaxed beach house.
Exterior Paint Color: Trim and Main Body Paint Colors: Benjamin Moore HC 172 Revere Pewter. Blue Shutters: Benjamin Moore AC 16 Kentucky Haze.
Shutters material is Spanish Cedar.
This home is full of beautiful interior design ideas and I’m loving the wooden garage doors.
The garage doors are Kiln dried wood.
The driveway feature concrete pavers.
What an inviting front porch! The front porch features a pair of custom bed swings. How dreamy!
Paint color is Benjamin Moore Kentucky Haze.
Rope gives an extra coastal feel to this porch swing.
The swings were custom made by Luke Phillips.

Flooring is a reclaimed oak floor that the designer mixed up a custom white wash stain.

It’s easy to fall in love with a kitchen with custom graywash cabinets. Notice the shiplap walls and the built-in fridge.

The crisp white bathroom features herringbone reclaimed wood floors, custom mirrored vanity and a round mirror (Regina Andrew Mother of Pearl Mirror) over a framed mirror. Paint color is Sherwin Williams SW 7005 Pure White.
Lights by vanity are Urban Electric. Countertop is Calcutta marble and faucet is by Rohl.

Was the revere pewter lightened at all or altered? We are building a home in Santa Rosa Beach and my husband won’t let me go with white so I thought this was a good color but it looks darker on the paint sample than on this house. Thank you!
