I feel much better after recovering from a surgery and I am finally able to work as much as I usually do… which is a lot but I love it! “My name is Tara and I feel so incredibly honored Luciane asked me to share my home with you among all the other amazing homes she features. We have just had our 1 year anniversary of moving into our home and it still feels like a dream living here. When building, we wanted a home that was a functional modern farmhouse that would serve our family of four well. We also have an unique situation since we rent our home out for the Masters Golf Tournament, which comes to our city each year. Keeping this in mind helped us build a home that would accommodate not only us but renters as well.

“When building this house we wanted an open concept since we love to host. And when I say “we”, I mean my husband. I am an introvert who avoids people, but I love my husband more. The kitchen is the heart of our home and we knew we wanted it to be functional for feeding and seating a lot of people. Some must-haves for me were floor to ceiling cabinets for storage, a walk in pantry for storage, large sink, large island, lots of cabinet drawers, and double ovens. It is my favorite place to unwind after a long day, and I have been making up for lost time in that tub. Praise hands!”
