Beyonce, Jay Z and baby Blue Ivy just moved into their new home in Bridgehampton, NY. The whole family is renting the very private home to spend the summer and to enjoy some quiet time by the beach.
Beyonce and Jay Z’s new house seems to be a dream home, according to these pictures. The legendary “Sandcastle” as called, is one of the most expansive houses for sale in the Hamptons, with a price tag of $43,500,000. The 31,000+/- SF house has 12 ensuited bedrooms, walnut library, a 2,800+/- SF master suite and one of the most beautiful walk-in closet I’ve ever seen. The house also comes with a bowling alley, virtual golf, rock climbing wall, media room, disco, children’s performing area and it even has an indoor skateboarding ramp. Can you picture Jay Z and Beyonce putting on their helmets and going boarding downstairs? Ha!
Beyonce and Jay Z are paying $ 400K/month to call it home and that is next to the other huge houses Jay-Z owns. Take a look at these pictures and let me know what you think!

This is the most incredible walk-in closet I’ve seen in a long time. Actually, I think this is my dream closet! Is it yours too? I also love the Christopher Guy’s settee.

How much fun can we have in this house? But again, if you’re a big celebrity, you can’t go out very often and your best option is having something like this in your own home.

WOW! Lots of fun to be had in that house, the entertaining areas/gym/bowling alley are unreal! Love the master suite too….so pretty and fresh and luxurious. Lucky them!
It’s a beautiful home and I’m glad the whole family is happy but the place seems a bit over the top. I know they have the money to afford such a place but wouldn’t they be just as happy in a less formal setting as befitting that picture of them playing on the swing? I hope they enjoy their stay and have a lovely time.

The exterior is particularly beautiful, and I’ve never heard of a walk in fridge! However, a master bedroom as big (or bigger) than most people’s homes?? That seems pretty excessive! It’s beautiful, but I agree with some of the other comments…it’s just too much! Hope you’re well Luciane! 🙂

The backyard, architecture, walnut library, privacy of the property are some of it’s outstanding qualities.The 60’s swimming pool is also great for a small family.The skateboarding ramp however,should have been longer.

Gorgeous home! Wealthy people who are famous miss some regular pleasures of life — like being able grab your bag, jump in the car, and drive to DQ or the yogurt place for sundaes. So good for them if they can have a fancy house or even five houses. I bet there are less ornate rooms in the house for kids, kin, pets, and hobbies — but are not shown here.

Whoa the master bedroom is the size of our WHOLE house doubled. Our house is 1440 SF TOTAL! Whoa Bey, living REALLY big I see. And all those amenities in HOUSE! I’d LITERALLY almost DIE if I knew I was gonna live in that house! Lucky Blue Ivy Carter to be the daughter of a woman who lives in a house the size of a whole apartment complex with her hubby and daughter ONLY!

It does not look like a home, no towels, just a beautiful place not lived in. A home should looked lived in, happy, Its not real like much of Beys life. So much of her appearance was altered, and weaved her home should be real

I’m a big fan of the two ultra talented couples.The architecture of their home is amazing. Extraordinary exteriors; landscaping and the layout of the grounds are impeccable. A big contradiction in the interiors. They really drop the ball with the home interiors. I think the majority of the interiors were not really thought out and doesn’t reflect their powerful, magnetic, and suave persona. The decorations appear big and tacky. The glossy wood paneling seems too shiny. I think the blue accents and leather upholstery appears forced, dated and looks like two old celebrities without taste from yester years occupy this abode. The dressing room steals the spotlight. I think it is the best room in the entire home, so much so, they should have continued this theme throughout in alternating formal and casual spaces in various hues of whites, creams, beige, browns, and gold elements.

This is a rented house they rented for a summer it is not their home but its beautiful i would love to vacation there but if i had they kind of money i would live there and not spending money on apartments and condos and penthouses this homes has everything u need here if they had so many homes why beyonce stay at gwen house instead of one of hers when her and jay split hmmm this house been rented out to many before
