This newly-built home by Trickle Creek Homes features incredible interiors, which I am excited to show you shortly, but it’s this jaw-dropping black and white exterior that really grabs our attention.
Striking black and white siding, along with unique architectural details, such as a vaulted ceiling front porch and steep gabled roof, give the exterior of this black and white home an authentic look.
Depending on the city you live in, it’s getting hip to live in inner city neighborhoods due the proximity to restaurants and other amenities that a bigger city can offer but that comes with its challenges. City lots tend to be much smaller than what we find in the suburbs or in the country, but that doesn’t mean you need to compromise on the style of a home. As we see here, this home is located on a relatively small lot (city lot) and this shows that a home can be beautiful and offer plenty of inspiration, regardless of its size, not to mention that you won’t spend half of your life cleaning those huge rooms and spend a fortune on heating and cooling. Smaller homes can be so practical!
Keep reading to know more details, including the paint color and siding used on this black and white home and enjoy seeing the inspiring interiors. I hope you enjoy this tour as much as I did!
