Hello, my friends! Are you excited for the weekend? It’s getting warm where we live and it’s perfect for small walks, but before getting out and enjoying the sunshine, I am really excited to share this California Family Home Tour with you.
Recently built by Supple Homes, Inc., this new-construction California home is located in Stanford and features a Transitional style with a living space of 4,058 sqft. and a 456 sqft. garage (4,514 sqft. all together.). Certain elements were implemented to help the house flow better; for example, the open floor concept from the living room/kitchen, and the centor door which opens the living room to the back patio. The overall home design is classic yet modern, with some traditional details such as the custom cabinets, wallpaper, and some of the light fixtures.
Interior design is by Mary Jo Fiorella. All furniture and decor can also be available through her.

The welcoming front porch features Farmhouse X detail railing and plenty of space to chat and relax.
Windows: Loewen standard: Black aluminum clad exterior/unfinished Douglas Fir interior/Matte black hardware.

As the weather gets warmer, I really can’t wait to spend more time outdoors and this front porch with Bluestone tile would be a nice spot to be at!

The Kitchen feels welcoming and it’s truly efficient. It features plenty of cabinetry and a large eat-in island. Ceilings are highlighted with skylights and decorative beams in Benjamin Moore OC-152 Super White.
