Sitting above the treetops, this is the first home of our Coastal Living Collection crafted right here in Northwest Arkansas. “Beach Tree” is a coastal transitional home featuring extended lines of sight, natural light, indoor-outdoor living, and design features such as driftwood floors and beams.
As Northwest Arkansas has matured in architecture and design, we are now designing & building a Coastal Living Collection in collaboration with Wendy Martin Living – a coastal traditional and transitional home more about light open transparent space with extended sight lines essential for indoor-outdoor coastal living.

I can’t help but love a turquoise front door. Do you feel the same? The color used here is custom but similar to Benjamin Moore Peacock Feathers.
Foyer Lighting: Serena & Lily.
This is the view you get as soon you open the front door. This home feels impressive, due the stunning ceiling and open concept, but it still feels inviting.

The kitchen is bright and mostly white to create a light feeling and clean cooking space.
The White Oak accents throughout the kitchen, including the hood detail, is White Oak Rough Sawn stained in Minwax MW 401 Grey Elm.

The Dining Room sits in the middle of an open floor plan between the Kitchen and Great Room with a custom surfboard fixture over the dining table to create the coastal feel and add a unique piece to the room.

The “Sunroom” nook is the perfect spot for morning coffee, with views of the tree tops and windows on all sides. This room is an escape and a tranquil part of the home.

The Master Bathroom is filled with natural light accompanied by bright whites and pops of turquoise and blues. The glass shower and free standing tub enlarge the space, and custom his & her sinks made of white oak give that coastal bathroom feel.
