The builder’s goal was to create a contemporary modern farmhouse home and add details that would amplify the luxury beachside living.

All cabinets were designed and built by Graystone Custom Builders. Throughout the house they mixed shaker and flat front cabinetry. In the kitchen they added another level of detail by insetting the cabinetry along the perimeter to keep the overall style clean and simple.
Kitchen island is made out of Rift White Oak with a custom stain.

Ceiling Treatment – In the downstairs area we have tongue and groove ceiling with beams running through the kitchen, dining room and living space.
The fireplace is flanked by dual-sided custom reading benches with storage.

Brick paint color is “Dunn-Edwards White”. Always try to aim for a crisp white paint color when painting bricks. Ivory whites can make the brick look dirty and you don’t want that effect. 🙂
