I love seeing the homes Brandon Architects, Inc. design and I have shared so many of them here on Home Bunch. I feel there’s always something new to learn from this brilliant architect.
This newly-built Cape Cod beach house is located in Newport Beach, California, only a few steps from the beach. This 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom cape cod inspired home was designed by respected architect Chris Brandon and built by Waterpointe Development. The finishes and details, such as the inspiring blue and white color palette was perfectly selected by Allie Marie Kincheloe of A Marie Interiors. The highlights of this home include: fireplaces in the great room and master bedroom, loggia off the front of the house, open concept, bonus rooms on the second and third story, view deck on the third story, custom woodworking, white oak hardwood flooring, hand-selected stone countertops.
