Hello, my dear friends! How wonderful it is to have you here on Home Bunch. I didn’t feel well this week and that’s why I am running a little late with my posts, but I am grateful to be feeling MUCH better and being able to share this new-construction home with each and every one of you.
Recently built by Altura Homes with interiors by Lauren Smyth and staging by Andi Marshall, this new-construction family home has many inspiring interior design ideas and it shows that you can beautifully decorate a home without breaking the bank!

“This home is currently featured in our Fall Parade of Homes here in Boise, Idaho. My thought for the style of this home was to go with a soft, neutral palette that felt polished yet still easy to live in. I love the mixture of luxe and simple, high-end finishes that don’t feel too intimidating. I added a really beautiful herringbone carpet on the stairs which functions perfectly for that space but adds a touch of interest and pattern to the area which instantly elevates the stairs. The rest of the home is subtle and classic.”
