In addition to another large family room, the second floor offers three bedrooms featuring the spacious master suite with stunning waterfront balcony. Two more bedrooms are on the third floor.

The master bedroom feels very fresh and summery.
My favorite thing in this room, other than the view, is that exquisite custom window. I would love to place a desk in that area.

The guest bedroom is truly fun! I love the custom oversized window-seat and the coastal motif. This bedroom would be perfect for kids!
