The architects had the smart idea of transforming what used to be the front yard into a welcoming courtyard.

Paint Color: The wall color in this foyer is “Benjamin Moore Carrington Beige HC-93” in eggshell and the trim is “Benjamin Moore Alabaster OC-129” in semi-gloss.

Island pendants are the “Country Industrial Pendant with Metal Shade” 14″ wide and polished nickel” from Circa Lighting.
Island Dimensions: The island is 4′ wide x 8′ long including the half-round overhang.
The backsplash is a 3” x 6” polished Calcutta subway tile with chamber edge.

The counter is Italian “Creama Marfil marble”. A close substitute would be “Desert Limestone” by Ceaser Stone.
Bathroom Tile Flooring Ideas
The stunning floor tile is by AKDO and is a basket weave pattern: “White thassos and bursa beige dots” – polished and sealed (with white grout).
The tub is by Giagni: Newton – 67″ Slipper Tub in white with polished chrome ball & claw feet.

Guest Bedroom
It’s impossible to not love a bedroom with a view like that. A tall bed (mattress) allows guests to see the ocean views even better.

Small Bathroom Design
A small bathroom can always be big in style!
The gorgeous flooring is called: “Flower Series (Polished) Item #: FS-730L – Thassos White Oval, Emperador light dots, and Crema Marfil base”.
Shower tiles are classic 3 x 6 white porcelain subway tiles with white grout. Try mixing in grout sealer (instead of water) to help with future cleaning. This should be available at local hardware store.
Dimensions: 10′-0″ x 5′-6″.
Victorian Architecture
This renovated coastal Victorian home has modern architectural details, making of it a great beach house.
The lights are “Chapman Matte Black 16″ Sconces”.
The roof is natural red cedar shingles.
