Sweden has a special place in my heart. I haven’t stepped on its soil yet but I know how wonderful the Swedish people can be. I especially like one good friend of mine that is from there. I’m not sure if you guys know Monika from Splendid Willow. Monika not only has one of the most inspiring blogs I read, but also has an online store called Splendid Willow Avenue with products to die for! That’s really the easiest and most charming way to bring some Scandinavian charm to your home and I’m a huge fan of her products.
Now, to our beautiful cottage of the week!
This sweet cottage is located in Torekov, which is a small fishing village. The cottage itself is full of charm and beauty only found in Scandinavian homes. The moment I saw this cottage I knew I wanted to share it with you because there’s something really peaceful about it.

I love everything Swedish. I do follow the Splendid Willow blog and have purchased a pair of the Ilse Jacobsen rubber boots. They are beautiful boots. I would love to purchase some of the clothing and jewelry as well. What a cute cottage. You would never expect the interior, by looking at the exterior. I love it.
