“Listed as a speculative home upon completion, it was important to keep secondary bathroom color palettes neutral to appeal to more buyers and stick to the status quo: less is more. The number one design element to come outdated first is TILE. So keeping tile neutral and sticking with a few different, yet common tile patterns was essential. Large scale tile as primary floor tile is more durable and easier to clean. The large-scale also makes small spaces appear larger.
