Some homes are able to deliver an instant feel of warmth and beauty that can easily embrace whomever enters it. This East coast style beach cottage feels unique with its original vintage nautical decor and its comfortable interiors.
Take some time to relax while seeing this seaside shingle style cottage designed by the very talented interior designer Kate Jackson, from Kate Jackson Design.

Hi sweetie…love this house! What a great vibe feels like such a happy home, not too big, not too small, lots of light…perfect!!
love this house. I don’t get the feeling that it is overly large ( good). we have a little over 3 acres , wooded, on Hornbarn Cove in Maine. seems this would be perfect. how many sq feet ? can it be built ( not decorated) for $ 180 per sq foot ? i figure $ 22 – 25k for kitchen appliances.
It’s wonderful, Luciane. I’m obsessed with the pendants from the ship and how amazing is that sphere – so unique. So happy you are enjoying your warm weather with the kids. When are they back in school – soon I bet. Enjoy, sweet friend!
