This villa is fabulous! And your’re right about houses in CA… just something about them that is so lush and sunny! Perpetual summertime!!
And this… is what villas are made of! I LOVE this one so much. Just looking at all the photos brings a sense of calm. The views are gorgeous, the exposed beams my favorite, but I also love the turquoisy colour on the doors and windows… and, oh that wine cellar!!!

This is pretty close to perfection. So many luxury houses make you feel stand-offish, but this one feels very comfortable and inviting, like a family could really live here. While the interiors are beautiful, nothing can compare to the luxuriant landscaping, the fabulous loggia, terrace, pool, and the incomparable views. And I love the blue-green trim on the exterior. I could be quite happy in the guest house. Thanks for finding this one. Hope you’re feeling more balanced today!
