Family Home with Classic Coastal Interiors
Classic and beautiful, this foyer has plenty of architectural details.
The hanging fixture is from Circa Lighting, and it is the “Large EFC Hall Lantern #CHC 3431”.
Sconces are from Charleston Lighting.
The floor is 3/4″ thick, random width black walnut with a dark stain.
Formal Living Room
This formal living room feels very welcoming and comfortable. Note the coastal decor around the room.
Dining Room
Beautiful neutral dining doom with coffered ceiling and floor-to-ceiling wainscoting.
Chandelier is from Circa Lighting.
Kitchen Design
A small kitchen can be as attractive as a large one! This white kitchen feels timeless with the “honed absolute black granite” countertops.
The four pendant lights add dimension and interest to this kitchen.
Pendants are the “Restoration Hardware Keynes Prism Single Pendant”.
Family Room
With off-white walls and a blue & white motif, this family room feels sophisticated and coastal.
The walls are 6″ poplar with a shiplap joint.
Wall Paint Color
The walls are painted in “Sherwin Williams Creamy SW7012” – Eggshell.
Ceiling Paint Color
The Ceiling is painted in “Sherwin Williams Timid Blue SW6490” – Flat.
In, fact, the entire house with the exception of some bedrooms, are painted in this off-white paint color and light blue ceilings.
Eating Nook
The eating nook feels incredibly cozy with this sisal wall-to-wall carpeting and the gorgeous windows. I would love to read a book in one of the chairs while watching the rain falling… peaceful!
Staircase
With a subtle coastal feel, this staircase is simply stunning!
This is a wool staircase runner called Orion. Collection: Wiltrex. Color: 9180 Driftwood.
Master Bedroom
Serene and calming, the master bedroom has a soothing color palette and beautiful decorative pieces.

Sleep Time
Just before entering the kids’ bedroom, a hallway adds comfort with a sisal carpet flooring and storage space with a built-in.

Isn’t this bedroom adorable? I love the coastal decor and the daybed with storage underneath.
The walls are 1×6 T&G poplar with bead and V groove.

It’s Wednesday already and this week seems to be going by so fast! In fact, this summer seems that flew by. I still have to go do some back to school shopping and start getting ready for a busy fall. My both older kids will play hockey (in different teams) and I know our evenings will be far from remote! Am I ready for that? Well, I am not completely sure, but I surely am ready for this summer to end. 🙂 Love the weather and having the kids at home all day, but I can’t wait to get on a schedule again.

Beautiful House and cottage/pool house. I loved thd color palette used throughout both properties. Elegant, but also very warm family friendly feeling in each room. Also, I liked the flow to the floor plan in each home.
