This house has 4700 s.f. of conditioned space with an additional 1200 s.f. of screened porch, front porch and garage. The house is positioned on a beautiful .87 acres.

White Exterior Paint Color
The brick exterior is painted with a color called Wash Basin by Ralph Lauren.
Courtyard
A charming courtyard welcomes you to the house.
The timber elements we see are raw Western Red Cedar, no stain – and they were provided by Pioneer Log Systems in Kingston Springs, TN.
Gray Door Paint Color
The gray French doors are painted in “Benjamin Moore’s Chelsea Gray”.
Dining Room
Being the most daring room in the house, the dining room features dark gray walls and neutral decor.
Lightning is 10 light Linear Pendant from the E.F. Chapman Branched Chandelier.
Paint Color
Paint color is “Benjamin Moore HC-166 Kendall Charcoal”.
Living Room
Creamy white walls contrast beautifully with dark gray doors and windows in the living room. Windows and doors are by Marvin aluminum clad with wood interior. The windows in this picture have a darker sash and smaller divided lite bars to recall the look of a steel window.
Dimensions: The heads of the doors and window align at 8′-0″ above the finish floor. Each door leaf is 2′-0″ (4′-0″ total for each pair) and the windows are 2′-4″ wide.

Kitchen
Oh, this kitchen! Isn’t it stunning? I love the off-white cabinets, the lighting, windows and the ebony flooring.
Island countertop is a Calcutta Gold marble. The perimeter countertop is a grey quartz from Cambria.
Lighting
Kitchen pendants are Thomas O’Brien Goodman 1-Light Pendants – $420 each.
Breakfast Nook
The breakfast nook is tucked away in a corner off the kitchen area.
Lighting is Thomas O’Brien Extra Large Hicks 2 Light Pendant – $692.90
We Love Shiplap
The walls in this space are covered in a paint grade pine ship-lap siding with an 1/8″ reveal.
Teepee
This cute light blue boy’s bedroom features a teepee (Meet Me in the Teepee) from The Land of Nod.
Twin Beds
Adorable kids’ bedroom featuring blue and white bedding, a simple desk with Louis ghost chair and two twin beds.
Master Bedroom
Neutral colors are usually the most restful, which makes them to be perfect to be used in bedrooms.
Ensuite
Wouldn’t it be great to end your day at this bath nook every night? Just add some candles, soft music and see your stress melt away…
Mudroom
Every room of this house was smartly designed. This mudroom is not big but built-in cabinets flanking a storage bench certainly adds to this space. Don’t you love the lighting and the shiplap walls? Dreamy!

I love the exterior colors and recently decided to use the Chelsea Grey. However, mine has turned out drastically lighter than what’s pictured here. Do you know if this was an intensified mix, say 125% or 150% ? Thanks!

I don’t have this information, but try Benjamin Moore HC-166 Kendall Charcoal if you want it to be darker. It should be a better option.
