Why I love it: This deep seat sofa is a favorite because it’s extremely versatile – it blends in easily with any style, it’s comfortable enough to take naps and it’s such a great price! The bottom cushion hooks in at the front and back so it stays in place. ✅

Why I love it: This is a very forgiving rug that works with so many color schemes and floor colors. I often see this rug used in living rooms and as a kitchen runner, but the low pile is perfect for dining rooms and entryways as well. The color is a mixture of olive, navy and spots of rust. I recommend using it with a rug pad or corner stickers so it doesn’t slip.✅

Why I love it: This armchair is as comfortable as it is pretty. Its wooden frame creates an airy feel making the space feel larger.

Best Seller Backsplash Tile: Amagansett 4″ x 4″ Satin Finish Handmade Look Wall Tile.
Why I love it: I always recommend buying tiles from Wayfair because delivery is usually quick and their customer service is great for making any exchanges in the case of breakage. The Zellige look with irregular borders gives these tiles an expensive feel. Some are very pearly and others are a little more matte. I love the variation in color, sheen and texture.

Best Seller Dining Chair: Kennamer Slat Back Side Chair (Set of 2).
Why I love it: These spindle-style black dining chairs are very affordable and are a great way to bring a casual modern farmhouse feel to any dining room. Win-win!

Why I love it: My clients love this bed and they usually prefer it in “Zuma White” because it’s neutral and warm. The Tilly Upholstered Bed above is shown in “Zuma Charcoal”. This bed is really high quality, very stylish and durable. It feels very solid and the price is right! I recommend a 9″ box spring with it for a 12” mattress.

Best Seller Nightstand: Birch Lane Regan Nightstand.
Why I love it: If you want a nightstand that is high quality and a fair price, you have found it! This nightstand already comes assembled and is really well packaged. It’s very study and heavy and the color in real life is very neutral. I really can’t say enough about this nightstand, it’s definitely my absolute favorite. An added bonus is the USB ports built into it!
Best Seller Shower Tile: Cloe 2.5″ x 8″ Ceramic Tile.
Why I love it: “Cloe 2.5″ x 8″ Ceramic Tile“ has been the “it” tile of the last few years and I have seen this tile (above shown in gray) used mostly in showers and as backsplash. This tile is beyond stunning in person and I could easily use all the colors in my house because they are show stoppers!

Why I love it: I love the modern take on this classic chair! These Adirondack chairs are very comfortable, made of quality material, which make them durable, and they are available in many colors, which is a plus.
