How are you doing today? I am starting to feel better but my 4 y/o is now battling a bad flu. We barely could sleep last night, but I hope he can feel better soon. He is the sweetest boy and the happiest boy you could ever meet and it breaks my heart to see him this way.
Even though we aren’t feeling 100% we ended-up having a great Father’s Day. The kids were very sweet to my husband and we could celebrated it with a good dinner. I’m sure we’ve created some special memories together and that’s what life is all about… it’s not about what we have but who we have by our side.

On one hand, the house looks lovely. On the other, this house will be a nightmare to try to air condition and try to keep cool. The 2 story windows and the utter lack of fans will allow a LOT of heat to come in and stay. Yes, you can open windows, but you still have to deal with heat and humidity.
If you can afford $3.8M for a home, the cost of cooling and heating would probably be the least of your concerns. Also, new homes today are built with such high energy efficiency standards to help with the cost that I’m sure with this price of a home it might cost less to cool/heat than you’d think.
