How wonderful it is to be back here after a couple of days off! Did you guys enjoy your Christmas? Didn’t it go by way too fast? I still can’t believe it’s basically over! Well, I guess we can still stretch it a little longer as long we have a Christmas tree, right? I love Christmas too much to let it go of it this fast! 🙂
Talking about Christmas, ours was truly wonderful! I didn’t stress about anything… simply enjoyed it with my family and took every minute as it came. We cooked together and ate way too much, but I didn’t care about that neither. All I wanted was to have a good time and I did! Oh, I so wish I could bring more of that happy, carefree spirit towards the next year. I must do that.
Another thing that happened during this Christmas (yesterday, to be more precisely) was that my husband decided to add a puppy to our family of five! Yep! Well, I was not agreeing much with that and to be honest, I am still a bit apprehensive, but “Charlie” (our new puppy) is stealing my heart! He’s only eight weeks old and truly sweet!
I won’t lie… I am a little scared about the huge responsibility a dog brings. I am very busy with my designs, kids, house, you name it! But maybe Charlie is coming to our lives to remind me to relax more often.
Seeing the kids with him is the cutest thing ever! He loves them and they love him back. Thinking more about this, I guess he is already bringing happiness to this home and isn’t that the best kind of gift you can get for Christmas?
Have a Blessed Week, my friends.
We’ll talk some more tomorrow.
with Love,

Beautiful home. I love the colors.
Congratulations on the new puppy! I know a puppy seems like a lot of work at first, but once you get him trained you will wonder how your family ever did without him. Happy Holidays.
Love to hear the good news about your new family member Charlie – you will love him! 🙂
Enjoy! And yes – we are still in christmas spirit, it is a wonderful time!
Best wishes to you and your family!
Eli
