This home, located in Watercolor, FL, was beautifully designed by Courtney Dickey and T.S. Adams Studio to showcase the homeowners great taste for interiors with exposed brick and reclaimed wood interiors.
According to the designer, most of the reclaimed items in the home came from the homeowner’s property in Alabama (the pine beams, flooring, brick etc). The floors and beams were cut from family land at their own sawmill. The big beam in the main living was cut by the owner’s grandfather and measures 20×20. For the brick, they dismantled buildings and washed each brick by hand. All flooring was taken from fence post, cattle troughs and old farm houses. To preserve the original saw marks the flooring was laid out and buffed by hand. The home is special because so many of the architectural features are personal and mean a great deal to the owners. They can walk through their house and tell you about every piece of wood and brick. Not many homeowners can do that!

This gorgeous living room features a fireplace with exposed reclaimed brick lightly white washed, reclaimed pine beams and Cypress built-in cabinets.
