With architecture by the talented Brandon Architects Inc. and with impeccable interior by my friend Trish Steele, from Churchill Design, this California beach house is what dreams are made of!
The property, located in an area of Newport Beach known as Balboa Peninsula, features an East Coast traditional style and includes ample indoor/outdoor spaces integrated with modern open living. The lot is of a unique triangular shape with an abundance of street frontage that narrows with the lot to a minimal amount of Bay frontage. In taking advantage of the lot, an open floor plan concept was focused around the central courtyard and pool with spanning views to the harbor throughout the living spaces. The notable harbor view takes full advantage of spectacular city views through a custom ocular glazed window/door system off the master bedroom creating a distinct character for the home. Natural Cedar Shingle siding and a shake roof along with elegant white trim and crown help accentuate the character of the home and allow for a timeless look that will gain even more character over time.

The paint color through the main floor is Benjamin Moore HC-172 Revere Pewter – “Benjamin Moore HC-172 Revere Pewter” is the best seller paint color by Benjamin Moore for years now and often recommended by interior designers.
Light Fixture: Hudson Valley.
Hutch is custom to match the kitchen island.

This is one of the most beautiful master bedrooms I have ever seen! Isn’t that window/door just breathtaking? The ocular glazed window/door system is completely custom-designed.
