Quote of the Week
I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am for this week to be almost over. I was extremely busy, resolving about the surgery, having medical exams and I have to say that I was a bit scared. Too much in mind. Now, I feel much better knowing that I won’t need a full surgery. My “medical procedure” will happen in September, so I have plenty of time to enjoy summer with my family.
Talking about summer, it’s doesn’t feel summer here today.. it’s pretty chilly and it was raining all day long. If the weather is better I’m planning to get out of the house, go for a walk and try to relax a little.
Sometimes it’s necessary for us to take some time for ourselves, for our minds. It’s hard to hear your own voice when you’re not paying attention. Silence helps me to get in touch with myself , and hearing what my heart has to say is always a way to know where I am going.
